Warialda Belted Galloway Stud have been awarded a medal for their Belted Galloway Beef at the recent Produce Awards. Since 2005 they have been marketing beef themselves and it is now their only source of income. Something that they think is quite unusual in this wonderful breed!!
Over the past 4 years Warialda have entered these awards, and have won 3 medals and been a finalist each year. Needless to say they are very proud of their success and love that Belted Galloways are now becoming known for their quality beef (at least in Victoria).
Warialda have also been awarded Gold for our Beef Salami, Silver for our Bresaola and Bronze for our Pastrami at the recent Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards.
